HP Prime Graphing Calculator how to charge accu
Looks like the calculator is dead !!! I have downloaded HP Prime Virtual desktop on my PC. How to charge this calculator with an USB Cable ? Maybe I do not have the right cable ? Is there a specific cable that I have to use ?

A. There was/is a USB cable included in the package, but any cable should do it.
B. The Prime Virtual desktop has nothing to do with charging your calculator.

Hi Henk, sorry for the delay in answering. Charging of the Prime is done with the standard USB-cable in the box. If you have any issues with charging, please make sure to update the calc to the latest version and contact us in case the problem still exists.
